I was interested in purchasing a used car from Arnold Clark, As soon as I was interested in a car I booked and reserved the car very easily over the phone from home. As soon as I popped into their store, I was welcomed by a very clean and beautiful showroom. These guys have top quality customer service (Unlike their fellow Citroen branch). Martin was extremely pleasant and helpful with me and made me feel very warm and looked after when I was choosing to purchase a car. I then bought a used car from them with peace of mind and confidence which made me feel very satisfied when I walked out of the store. A Clean showroom, warm and friendly atmosphere, peace of mind while purchasing a car, what more do you want, excellent service provided. The manager was very nice too. Will definitely be going back for any other business.

My husband and I went to the Sighthill motor store to buy a new car. We were a bit unsure as to what car we wanted. We were served by Taylor who was absolutely amazing! There was no hard sell and we never felt rushed. She was very knowledgeable about the cars they had in store and offered to source us one elsewhere if needed. She was friendly, well spoken and very professional. The manager introduced himself to us and everyone was so friendly. Car salespeople have a reputation as out for the hard sell but we were left alone until we approached Taylor and she really took her time to make sure we got the right car. At no point did we feel pressured to buy. Taylor made it a pleasurable experience to buy our car. I would definitely go back to Arnold Clark and have already recommended Taylor to friends who are looking for cars.
