Purchased a car in September 18 from Kevin at the Edinburgh showroom after seeing a low mileage 5 Series on the website. Only went to look but Kevin was genuine and transparent from 1st contact on phone beforehand and when I viewed the car which was as described and I agreed to buy. Even pointed out some marks on the paintwork I had not noticed. Fantastic service continued throughout the buying process and into after sales care too. Communication 1st class throughout and even after an issue before signing for the car, he went out his way to gather the relevant info required to rectify the issue. 1st time I can ever say that I trusted a used car salesman!
