I bought a VW Up at CDW. I don't review too often but I was a bit wary of buying at the bargain end of the industry. Having bought the car I noticed one of the wheel hubs was missing when I went to collect the car. The salesman said he would order a new set and it should be available within a week. I thought nothing would happen with the car off the forecourt but I was very pleasantly surprised to get the call that the hub covers were in. While I was collecting the hub covers I mentioned that the radio reception was very poor and the workshop manager came and suggested it might be the antenna base unit which is prone to water ingress in the Up. This did indeed solve the problem and there was no charge. So fair play to CDW Edinburgh, that was good customer service.
Sales guys are good However the after sales service recieved from there service department is abysmal.They ignore you or sit on there mobile phones right in front of you.There is plenty of other garages in this area and I would recommend you stay away from this one
Pleased with my car. A day after purchasing I noticed a manufacture fault with the headlights. This was quickly rectified by Andras who got it booked into the workshop asap and I was compensated with more than enough fuel to take it there for my troubles. Extremely helpful and honest salesman
Just picked up my Honda Civic car today that I purchased from Western Honda. The salesman Craig Fleming was fantastic he couldn't have been more helpful. Made the paperwork very easy for me and even sorted my tax and temporary insurance out when I was there. He also explained how the cars basic functions worked before I drove it away. Very professional man a great addition to your staff. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Craig to family and friends. You know you're dealing with an honest, genuine person.
