Car under warranty so had a noise coming from heater... Had to sign a form saying if it was a leaf they would charge me 95.. Got a call a few hours later saying car fixed. It was a leaf also got an email showing car with wheels of and them checking my brakes and tyres, having took my car here before they always phone u up and tell you whats wrong before starting any work. This time they just took the leaf out and charged me 95 not happy atall
My car was in the garage for almost 2 months for a repair and then less than a year later the exact same fault occurred and it took them 3 more months to carry out the repairs.
Absolute shambles at decision making. Partner has been waiting nearly a week for an engineer to see her car about a possible manufacturing fault. If so, enquired about a courtesy car. This management team are the ones apparently holding it up. Been told 3 days in a row, well get back to you tomorrow. Still waiting on an engineer which must be coming from China and a decision from management on a courtesy car. No doubt, same answer tomorrow.
Went to get my Vauxhall Astra fixed .Took them around 7 weeks to fix (under warranty) .From start to finish absolute joke of a branch . Took 2 weeks to eventually get a courtesy car. People behind the desks just arent interested in the customer at all . Absolute shambles of a franchise now they cant even tell me the new engine number that they put in .Id avoid this place like the plague . I never review anything on line but this must be one of the worst run businesses . If you have any sense try another dealer .wow a response miracles do happen .But way too late for me Ive traded the car in and bought A brand new ford you could have a lot more business if you ran it properly your branch has missed out on your reply is pathetic here a bit of engine in my elite Astra yes I had a spare key very classy establishment
Not great service. Had to keep chasing them for my car after putting it in for a service. To be fair 1 days loss was due to it being a lease car and then waiting on confirmation they could proceed with work on the car. Then they shut for the weekend then someone was ill so my car couldn't be worked on. 5 days later I get my car back. What was the most disappointing was anytime my car has been in for a service it gets washed and vacuumed. Not this time. Maybe struggling with sickness. If so I can understand. Would have been good to be told though. All in all could do better but pleasant enough staff.
