First time i went in to see a car the first salesman looked and spoke to me like i had no money. I decided to give them a second chance and went in to see a 335d loved the car and the salesmen Alistair grainger couldn't have been more professional, very nice guy and didn't judge me on the way i looked. I can't thank you all enough for your customer service. From booking in my BMW, the engineer who provided a video straight to my iPhone and the honesty of what needed to be done and what didn't. Add in the 5 Series Hybrid courtesy car and off course the most important part; coffee and cake!I live in Dunoon now, but am more than happy to travel to keep using Vardy, who in my experience are the standard the rest should try attain. 5 Stars easily.
I bought a used BMW 2 series car from Peter Vardy Edinburgh. The staff there, especially Janos who is taking care of our purchase, is very friendly and helpful. Absolutely brilliant service, from discussing what new car I wanted to receiving the car.
