Good reception, the doctors and nurses know their stuff. I've been a patient at this practice for 30 years and I'm very happy with it.
I have to go every month for injections, and all the nurses are fantastic. I'm no good at medical stuff, but they always make me feel at ease. The doctor I've seen is also very helpful, as are the receptionists.
The doctors and nurses have always been lovely when I attend this surgery, the reception team on the other hand are rude and incompetent. They dont listen to you, have no empathy and make you feel like everything is a hassle when they take your call. Theyre often too busy chatting to each other, which is something Ive noticed when visiting the surgery. The fact the diary cant open over a month in advance is ridiculous, especially when most of the appointments are fully booked up until that point.

Have been registered here for over a year and have only had positive experiences with the GPs and the staff. Initial sign-up was a bit difficult and sometimes there are long waiting times for an appointment with a specific doctor but asking for an appointment with any doctor has usually been quite quick. I never had any trouble booking in person or over the phone.
