Terrible! Have major back spasms after 3 months of exsplaining myself have a surgeon confirm my problems with back and nerve damage and spasaming I still havent received a medication for my back only my nerve damage. For 3 months now I have been in agonising pain not been able to look after my children properly! I finally get a prescription after 3 months and have a reaction. Note this is after crying on the phone exsplaing I couldnt cope any longer. I called the next day about the side affects with the packet information said discontinue use if any side affects. I waited 7 hours!! For a call back. Calling the surgery 3!!! Times to make sure they havent forgot about me exapaining my problems and that I didnt want to be in pain all wknd. I was assured twice I was on the list and would revive a call before close. And nothing I am now having to call nhs24 as my back is spasaming again! Anyone who suffers from this will understand how difficult and agonising it would be looking after a 9 month old baby thats crawling. Not a medical professional though! Surgery is a disgrace! I have called every 2 days for 3 months about this and still have been left without the care! Totally against ethics and will be handing in a written complaint!

Hi, I need to see a doctor. You'll have to come to the drop-in between 0800-1000.I'm working I can't make those times. You can call between 1100-1115 to request a call back from a doctor for a phone appointment.I did but he can't deal with my case over the phone.Well that's all we can do.Why can't I make an appointment for after 1000. Presumably the doctors work more than 2 hours a day. What do they do for the rest of the day?Admin. Cheers. *Hangs up*

Receptionists rude and very unsympathetic, been left in severe pain numerous times and without medication. Doctors do not listen or take things seriously and just try to pressure you out of the door as quickly as possible without properly addressing the problem, which is very triggering for my anxiety and I find the whole experience of going in panic-inducing by this point.

Have been a patient here for over 20 years. Have never had an issue. Staff are excellent. Yes waiting times can be long...my advice would be attend open surgery...turn up early to get an appointment. The system is fair and works well. Given the current state of the NHS I think we're very lucky to have access to facilities and medical practitioners as we do here.

2 weeks that i'm very sick, visited the gp 3 times and 2 times by email (now this service doesn't work anymore btw) and 3 times waiting for 2 hours each !!!! All the medication they give are worthless. I mean come on a sirup?????? when you are totally mute with fever and difficulties to breathe??????? Are you kidding????
