Called with chest/breathing problems and told next appointment to prebook was over 2 weeks away. Told to call in mornings at 8.30am but that's bang in the middle of the school run and it's very difficult to get through. I'll keep trying. Hope I don't die in the meantime! Slightly joking as of course I could go to A&E if it gets really bad but A&E shouldn't be a last resort because you can't get a GP appointment. New patients thinking of joining then perhaps best to go elsewhere if you can as they obviously have far to many patients needing appointments for the number of doctors to cope.

Terribly inefficient booking system they have. One is unable, for whatever reason, to simply phone and ask for an appointment with a given doctor. Admin staff tell you to phone at 8:30 am to get an appointment. I try phoning at 8:30 but line is busy. Keep trying over the next half hour until finally someone answers only to be told that there are no available appointments to see my doctor, and that I have to phone at 8:30 am. I try phoning at 8:30 the next day and same story as above. Then round and round we go day after day. What a joke. A bad joke, but I have to laugh nonetheless.
Fantastic doctors, I am always able to get an appointment either in advance for non-urgent reasons or on the day. I really am so impressed the efficiency & friendliness or both Reception and each of the Doctors I have seen. I really feel like they take my health concerns seriously.
