After a short wait, asked a question about my old laptop. Told to book an appointment another day. Sent to another assistant, similar story. Persisted to be told that my laptop isn't supported any more so they can't get parts for it. Would have been very disappointed if I had made a separate trip to hear that. Only seem interested in selling the new stuff, not supporting the customer's needs.
Don't like Apple products but my kids do. Had an issue with my son's phone and the staff were fantastic. Could not fault the staff in any way at all.
Great to see Edinburgh having this apple store and actually knowing that this shop has certainly got the high street structure right. The staff are very knowledgeable and I was very impressed with various free apple courses going along on level 1 for people knowing how to use the apple computer and its softwares.
So good to see a high street retailer that have got it right. Loads of stock that you want to see. knowledgeable staff in abundance in every corner of the store and technology that gets you in lets you pay and leave in 5 mins. Lessons for all.
No fuss and great customer service from Ann Marie who was a pleasure to meet. Feel a lot different about visiting the store after meeting with her. We bought 2 iPhone 8,s and she had us at ease throughout the entire process. Well done Ann Marie and if we return it is you we will ask for!
