From even before placing our house on the Market Annan were helping us with advice and when we decided to place our house on the market, we choose Annan as firstly they were a local estate agent, secondly if we had any queries or worries they were always around to answer them and thirdly the whole buying and selling process flowed with no problems and we could relax and concentrate on getting ready to move.Fourthly there was no up front fees and the selling and buying fee was fixed.Very professional and would recommend them.
