As tenants, every time we have had an issue with the flat, Coulters (and specially, their agent Marcus Di Rollo) have been quick and efficient in solving it! We are very happy with our decision to rent with Coulters so far.
The one star is for very poor service. I originally signed a tenancy agreement with Aspect Residential and they were brilliant. Coulters took over in April 2018. The new tenancy agreement received from Coulters contained wrong address details and dates. I notified two staff members but received no response. Emails are not acknowledged or responded to unless you send reminders. Some of their contractors are just as bad with very slow response times and poor communication. I am still waiting for Blair Paton (and Coulters) to fix the heating and hot water I reported two weeks ago.Definitely not recommended for tenants.
If I could leave a lower rating then I would. The most unprofessional letting agency I have ever come across. They entered my property without my consent and made up a numerous amount of excuses. 1 being they had the wrong phone number. If I hadn't responded to there initial request surely you'd think they would sent a written letter to the address but instead they took it upon themselves to enter without permission or me being present. I have a number of belongings and valuables in the property who is to say they haven't taken anything? Luckily nothing was taken. The way they have dealt with their inspection is illegal and not within my contract. Avoid at all costs!! Letting agents from hell!

His professionalism and efficiency resulted in the quick placement of the perfect tenants, achieving a fantastic rental fee on the property, all within a ten day period. We genuinely could not have achieved the move to our next property without the help of Coulters and specifically Sam.
