Checked in yesterday after a mammoth drive. Gill was lovely and too the time to explain everything to me. Made sure that my contents were properly protected. Grace even made me a cuppa . My removal company had been held up in traffic so I had to pay for extended hours access. Again this was explained fully and was really easy to do .I've never needed to use storage before but after this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to others.
