The staff are very friendly and polite and will do everything they can to help you with moving your belongings in and moving your belongings out. They will do their best to find the connect night of storage space that you are needing in and can offer advice on what it is that you are needing and can make suggestions on how to best use the storage space that you have.They offer competitive quotes for storage and if you have been able to get a quote from another self storage premises they will do their best to match or beat the price that you have been quoted.They have 24-hour access on the ground floor for storage with the first and second floor being accessible during opening hours and there are pallet trucks and trolleys available to help move your stock or belongings from your car or van into the building or vice versa from your Storage Locker to your vehicle. There are 2 lifts to gain access to the 1st and 2nd floors.There are toilet facilities and if you ask nicely you should be able to get a tea or coffee while you deal with getting your contracts finalised when you are taking storage space with them.All staff are trained to operate the forklift and if you are needing to get are pallet loaded onto a truck or out of a vehicle if you speak to the staff in office they will do the best to help you out. Is best to speak to them as early as possible with regards to the forklifts to get a slot booked or make them aware of that you are needing to get something unloaded from a vehicle or loaded onto a vehicle so that they can make plans so that the office is staffed while a member of staff is using the forklift. The more notice you can give them the better the chance of the staff being able to operate the forklift for you. It really goes a long way to give them a heads up and a few hours notice that you are needing or it would be helpful if the forklift is available to load or unload belongings or stock.Do not expect them to drop everything to operate the forklift for you as it depends how many staff are in that day. To be polite and have Manners and a little bit of patience will go a long way when you are asking for the staff to operate the forklift to help you.
