I would not use Safestore fort kinnaird again, I have given notice and paying a removals form to move my possessions to another storage company. Self store sent Jan 2019 invoice over Christmas 2018 when I was not at my office to receive the email - late payment charge for me returning in Jan although as soon as I return I paid BACS? I did email the manager explaining this and he did not reply. I will add when I called the following week to query Feb 19 invoice being sent (this is Jan 11th and the invoices are apparently sent early???? Wish I could invoice my clients this early) he knew exactly who I was although I have never dealt with him? Strange customer service at this point but I bite my tongue. I want to move my items now and I am one day short of the 14day notice period, although I am actually handing my unit back early by one day I am charged for one day short of this notice....brilliant way to have a customer recommend self store services to my network of clients friends and family.Being that I run multiple companies myself, this type of customer experience is not very good in my eyes.With that aside, the storage is clean and safe and pretty easy to access. I would urge anyone to shop around and read the small print, my opinion is they send the invoices a month early for one simple reason, so you forget as it is not due and are reminded when the calendar month is infact due with nothing more than a late payment fee....baffling
Very good storage facility used it for 6 months, items remained dry and clean. Easy access and well lit internally. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Easy place to store a wide variety of items for a very good price. Has parking by the loading bay, filled with trolleys and a forklift if necessary. Easy access but still secure.
There's a decent amount of shops to spend the whole day theyre if your anythin like me there's a few places to eat snacks to meals im like an add to the place.xx
