Fantastic customer service, very friendly. I visited beforehand to view units and Craig was amazing. They seem very adaptable to customer's needs too. Would highly recommend.
Generally happy with provided service in first 11 months. However got a bad taste in mouth after I have terminated agreement before end of 12 month contract. Was told to pay for full length of my contract, including last 12th month. When asked if i still have access to facilities for the last month (paid for) - was told its to late as account was terminated. Effectively, denying me access to facilities that have been paid for.
Craig was fantastic! He provided us with a great quality service. He explained storage procedures/details with clarity. He answered any questions I had and also recommended a great removal service from dial a move , overall I found them very helpful and approachable. Well done!Ruth
I would like to start with the fantastic service I got from the member of staff who attended me at the reception when I arrived there.He was very helpful and listening for I had so many questions which I had to ask since this was my first time I have ever used a self storage store. Since I wanted to understand the procedures and other questions about security and accessibility to the building if I need to pick something or bring items to my self store. I was very satisfied by the way he answered all my questions he made me feel welcomed and was confident of what I was doing.He took me round showing me how I will be able to get access to the building when I moved on Saturday the 21 st. He showed me my self store and when I was moving I found it so convenient the way he explained to me and I am very confident about the security there and my items are very safe in your premises as long as I would like to continue using your storage.Finally my experience was quite good and that was extremely good customer service I received there.I would definitely recommend your storage to anyone looking for a self storage facility.
I'm beginning to think the 5 star reviews here might have been written by the employees themselves. I had a single bag to put away as I am moving down to Edinburgh. I had decided to check out Self-Storage because of such high ratings. Be warned and do not be fooled. After walking through the door I was met with a dirty stare from an employee called Andrew. This man obviously did not want to be there and from his demeanour did not want to help us. After being answered with short almost one word answers I quickly realized he just wanted to charge me and get me out of the store. After discussing prices and what to expect I found out that the price I was quoted with online was blatantly untrue. While trying to convince me that a 2000pound insurance cover was absolutely necessary my very wise father suggested I check out Russell Self Storage. Not only was Russell Self Storage more affordable and faster to set up, I was also met with lovely customer care. So thank you Andrew! Hope you get past your bad day and learn how to smile. Might reflect better on future customers and online reviews!
