We walked into the surgery after my granddaughter hurt her foot. The receptionists were both very helpful and got us what she needed to strap her foot up! A big thank you from us both
I have made complaint after complaint about a doctor buchan but nothing get resolved as she owns half of the practice. So If you would like no compassion go to her as she is a dispicioble human being! Rest off the staff seam lovely.
Only been with this practice for under 2 years, so far, they have lost my daughters pregnancy test and waited over 3 weeks to actually organise another test, I had a urine test that the doctor put the next patients name on..., we waited in open surgery from 8:30am (told 2 docs were off ill), so we waited nearly 3 hours for my daughter to see a doctor, once she was called, my daughter was in there less than 2 minutes, she had a lump in her groin, doc says it's not swollen at the moment, what do you want me to do about it !!! then sent her on her way, she was only just 16 and her first time going in on her own....and getting an appointment with your choice of doctor is impossible, phoned every morning for 11 days to get an appointment 2 weeks in advance, so nearly 3 weeks we waited.....don't bother complaining to the surgery manager, it will get you nowhere.
Worst surgery to try and get an appointment. Phoned yesterday to get an appointment told there was only an open surgery between 8:30 and 10. After explaining that I was feeling too ill to be waiting around for over an hour they suggested phoning back first thing tomorrow. So I start phoning 8am on the button and it takes almost 20mins before I finally get an answer only to be told the same thing as yesterday. Over the years the reception staff have been increasingly more unhelpful and you'd be lucky to see same GP twice as every time I go there is new staff. If you manage to be seen by a GP you can bet paracetamol and bed rest is the only help you'll get.
