Yesterday my son had a tonsil removal, everything was professional, great care, wonderful nurses. I am very pleased thank you very much.
Really friendly staff, great playroom with play therapist and a clown show....needless to say, my daughter didn't want to go home! My only gripe is the shop which sells pretty much only junk food (healthier Scotland my ***)

Not enough seating available while waiting to be called, the ladies in reception were unhelpful and a bit rude. No ventilation in the micro sized waiting area. In all honesty it's a 3rd world facility.
