Dr. Quaba ruined my life. Had rhinoplasty with him and he wont do revision. I am on the urge of depression and tears every single day for almost two years now.
Pleasant staff, extremely amateur infrastructure and terrible communication. Spire messed up on a number of important things for me, and never took responsibility for the paperwork. The reception area is also nightmarish for an expensive private hospital.
just i had an appointment with the Dr.Helen Harris and she didn't say anything ,any information about my sickness ,even she didn't send any information to my GP .After 3 months i had to call them to ask about the letter.The appointment was almost 200 and i paid for nothing .She came late at consultation and she wasn't prepared for appointment .The computer wasn't working Terrible appointment.Never ever .Even the doctor from NHS gave me more information and made me more tests.I can't do 0 stars . But please beware these doctors are not very good . Any information please contact with me .
Went in for an adultt tonsillectomy. Fantastic staff, everyone so nice and kind. Dispite being told to expect awful pain, I can honestly say it never went above a 2/10 fantastic surgeon. Highly highly recommend!
Very pleased with experience. Friendly, attentive reception staff, a good, detailed conversation with a friendly consultant, tests done immediately, diagnosis and plan of action within an hour. When you have to wait six months for an appointment via the NHS, this is a very good investment of a couple of hundred pounds.
