Saw Mr Robinson yesterday very helpfull professional staff down side of location travelling time by bus from the city centre
200 for a consultation where the doctor spent a good chunk of the time looking up stuff on his phone. Tried to get us to pay for a 'special' ultrasound at 10x the price.
The hospital is lovely, the rooms spacious and comfortable. The staff were exceptional, especially the nurse looking after me after my operation. I was in a lot of pain and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease and showed genuine concern, and kept chasing up more meds for me. The toilet was a little dusty but I was in and out in a day so not too big a deal. 100% recommend this hospital.
Worst experience of my life. Consultant was terrible, nursing staff couldn't care less, and was put through a completely unnecessary operation, and my original problem was never resolved. The doctors are just NHS doctors looking to make some quick cash. They do nothing and bill your insurance 200 for the privilege. And the cherry on top on the cake? The consultant made fun of my clothes. Do yourself a favour and never go to this hospital. I would give it zero stars if I could.
