The staff here are amazing they work their socks off under extream pressure in a hospital that is just to small. As long as the nhs has the kind of staff that's in the royal we will be well looked after

Totally amazing. The staff here are absolute superheroes. Came into A&E on a Saturday night for a wound that needed stitches. Yes, it was a 3 hour wait but I'd expect no less from a city A&E dept on a busy night. Shout out to Ollie the nurse for doing a great job, I didn't feel a thing and the wound healed perfectly. Back a week later to the minor injuries dept. to get the stitches removed, and wow didn't expect to be seen so quickly but there you go! Fast and painless. I'm so grateful to live in a country where all of this is completely free of charge.Honestly, I can't believe how many 1 star reviews there are complaining about really petty things. The staff are working all through the day and night to get you seen to! Just don't be a d*ck.
Underwent a triple artery coronary bypass in April...brilliant medical and nursing staff from Mr Lim on down. Excellent result and fully satisfied at all levels...except that the food is pretty disgusting!!Thanks and best wishes to all who helped give me back a good life!Brian Colin
