The location is excellent, especially if you arrive by train. The staff very kind and helpful. Room is simple, but comfortable, excellent heater and beds (amazing mattress and duvet). Good breakfast and they can store your luggage if needed.
Great location, close to everything central in Edinburgh, no need to take tram or bus. The staff at the hotel were lovely, haven't experienced that sort of kindness even at a 5 star hotel. Had the best time!
Great 3 day stay. Staff were helpful and friendly.We were happy with our room.It was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable.Very central location. A stones throw from Waverley Train station. Near to shopping and tourist sights. A short stroll to Edinburgh Castle via Royal Mile.We loved the hotel and hope to return soon!
Room was nice and clean. Pretty basic but had what we needed. Beds were lovely, had a very nice nights sleep. Breakfast was pretty poor, no veggie options, scrambled egg was rubber. Located just near the train station. Solid budget option.
