Swift service, no problems!
Bad cusotmer service ,try to overcharge me for a large letter telling me it was a small parcel when it was clearly inside the dimensions.I posted my letter into letter box outside of the postoffice.Horrible experiance don't want to go back again,AVOID
Lazy, miserable and incompetent staff. Tried to overcharge me for a large letter telling me it was a small parcel when it was clearly inside the dimensions. Took ages with another customer so I missed the last post.
Horrible servis. If they don't like a work witj they should change a job !!!!
I have been coming here for 10 years, and yesterday (9th April I was racially abused by another customer and Scotmid did nothing except refuse to serve me. I did get served by a female eventually. I have reported this to the police and to Scotmid Head office.
