Rude and arrogant staff. Cheated me by charging a commission that was not in fact right and refused to give me a refund. Lied about who I need to contact and what needs to be done. Absolutely disgraceful.
Fantastic experience of the store and the staff, very conveniently found items in the Post Office which I could not find elsewhere. The clerk made sure I understood the postage options and that I wasn't spending money on things that I would not need or would not use. Have been back multiple times for travel money and other things and have been served very well and very professionally!
Not going to come back! Sick that they do not offer you Royal mail options to send parcels or letters they always try to sell you third parties carriers with outratgeous prices! A wee parcel to Spain 50GBP! Are you kidding me? it is just 8.90GBP by royal mail with international tracked and signed!
Im surprised about the people complaining about the staff. Ive been using this post office for 2 years and I find the staff super nice and helpful.
Lady behind the counter just told me the cheapest option to send a 2.8kg parcel to London was 38!!! Checked the post office website and I could have sent it for 13.75. Still outrageous but a lot less! Seems a similar situation to the other comments on here. They seem to regularly overcharge their customers... make sure you know how much something should cost before you go to avoid being ripped off!
