Every single time I come into this branch the people who work here are extremely rude, no consideration for customer service, and if any problem arises they just go onto the next customer so to avoid solving it.
talking on phone with my dying mother and the staff actually told me.. if i want to get served i need to have respect and not talk on the phone...rude. very rude. I'm an adult. I'm very well aware of how to approach someone. but this was a bit more important than YOU!so if you read this. you'll remember me..don't ever talk to someone like that. you are not our father
Im quite surprised by the number of negative reviews. In my two recent visits the staff have been very-very helpful and kind.
Had a terrible experience with a really rude staff member, who argued with every person ahead of me in the queue. He berated me for using contacless, and said I was costing him money. He eventually let me pay, but was rude and aggressive the whole time.Yes, it was the same guy everyone else is talking about. I have complained to the post service and encourage others to do so if they have had bad experiences.
Super helpful and so lovely. When trying to find a place, I saw some reviews that werent so flattering. It actually made me hesitant in going to this post office for help, but as soon as I walked in, 2 people offered assistance and were so lovely. I urge you to go to Newington Post Office because staff know their stuff, are great at banter and even bi/tri lingual. Thank you for your help today!!!
