Great burgers. Among the best I've ever had. And their selection of craft beer is really good as well. I've been here several times and it's usually quite crowded and noisy, but still worth a visit.
Lovely attentive staff. Had the BBQ burger and my partner the chicken. Really really nice burgers and a great atmospheric pub. The IPA selection was excellent. All round a top spot for meeting friends for a drink. When the staff, food and service are all 5 star it makes the experience of eating out so much more pleasurable.
Was taken here by my friend while we were staying in Edinburgh. He said "they have amazing burgers". So obviously, the 'steaks' were high *wink*...sorry.Anyway, he was not wrong. Had the BBQ burger, and it was delicious, absolutely loved it. If I was in Edinburgh again, I would make sure to go here again!
Really nice place with a nice vibe. Has it's little issue though, like a can of juice costing 2.45 but being served warm from a shelf in a short spirit glass. If your going to charge premium rates, at least deliver a premium product. That said the staff were all pleasant and it was clean throughout, even the toilets were spotless (although very small). Defo worth a visit.
Good eatery. The view of a few of us semi trendy and slightly too pricey. But it is Scotland's capital. A good brunch and sweet menu - although the two of us who ordered date and sticky toffee pudding didn't find any dates.
