Picked up a car late so the salesman went around the car in low light. I pointed out number of scratches but the answer was dont worry about it, its minor. Returned the car 21 days later at a different branch as advised by staff & the same scratches were picked up in greater details. But luckily we took photos of the whole car following day of picking up. So once we presented the photos & can see date of the photos. The salesman didnt have any answers & didnt receive any official apologies. So dont rent from them but if you do then remember to TAKE PHOTOS & dont trust them! Very dissatisfied customer, especially towards the end of hire.. best to go elsewhere!
Great place to rent a car in Edinburgh. Easy transaction and picked up a great car for a couple of days which allowed me to experience Edinburgh and the surrounds the way it is meant to be. Staff very very helpful. The even gave me a lift back to my hotel after dropping car off. Highly recommend. Wont think twice to rent from them again if I come back.
Worst place to rent a car!! 100% con-artists: I arrived at the pick up time, the car wasn't available. After waiting for around 15mins, I was asked to go outside with another member of staff to check the car before hand over. Turns out this car wasn't even part of their fleet!! They told me to wait again because they didn't have very many of the type of car I had requested - despite booking 3 weeks in advance! Finally when the car was ready, upon inspection, the petrol tank was only 1/4 full and the service light was on. The staff member said everything was fine and he would note it down. When I returned the car, I was told I would have to sign a "Change of Condition Report" because the service light was on!! I explained this was the condition I received the car, but the staff member said I must be wrong and some times service lights don't turn off even if the service has been done therefore I must have punctured the tyre without knowing and it would all be fixed by making an insurance claim. Without any proper explanation she charges me an extra 100!! Con-artists. They had it all planned.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were upgraded to a nicer vehicle as the one booked wasn't available. Also, Mark was very understanding of a change for drop off time to a few hours later than booked, as we couldn't check into our hotel until the afternoon. Everything go settled at no extra charge and with a smile. Great service, will recommend!
