Exceptional customer service and very friendly and professional
Avoid this place at all costs. When I returned the car the assistant manager went straight to a specific tyre and claimed I had damaged the tyre wall. Charged me 300. He also assured me his colleague (who was hiding in the back office) had checked the tyres with me when I picked the car up which was definitively untrue. Felt like a well rehearsed setup. I am taking this case all the way.
