Overall good service. I made a mistake of misfuelling for which I paid which is not covered in insurance. But had to wait on the road side from 19:18 to 23:45 for the recovery truck to arrive :-(. So good service from Edinburgh Corstorphine but let down by crappy Enterprise recovery even after paying full insurance. I did not want a replacement but just wanted to hand over the misfilled car for which I was not given proper assistance and had to wait 5 hours near the petrol pump.
Incredibly professional staff with great rates. Even though I'm not from the UK nor am I a European, the process of renting a car could not have been smoother, in which I was driving out of the parking lot under 15 minutes and there was even a family renting a car ahead of me. Superb!
Professional and friendly service. Good prices. The additional damage waiver lowers the excess from 1000 to 100 and not to zero. This information was not shown at the online reservation. Remember to do a detailed inspection of the car before signing the contract!
