Really helpful staff who went out of their way to make a last-minute rental a reality. Will definitely be renting from here again.
Decent prices, good service and a nice vehicle, would definitely use again
Went in during a bit of a tense moment where clients didn't have the required forms of identification available. Staff were very calm, firm and courteous and never lost their temper even though they were being screamed at. I didn't manage to actually get a car due to my junk mail betraying me but I was very impressed with the professionalism nonetheless.

I booked for a Nissan passat type car with manual transmission months ago for the lower price. We were so so happy to be offered a BMW 5 series saloon automatic! The service here was very professional and friendly, offering the use of the bathroom for our 3 friends while our main driver had to go back to pick up her passport in order to collect our car. Collect and drop off the car was seamless otherwise and although this was my only chance to use thrifty or dollar in edinburgh, I highly recommend this place to others!
