Awefull people with zero people skills. If you wish to be mildly insulted over the phone call this lot
Impossible to communicate with them either via phone or email. Eventually, after several attempts over a number of days, someone answered my call but gave me the wrong information. The call handler was curt and just told me to book an appointment through their online booking system, while on their website it states that for my kind of issue I should email instead (though nobody answered any of my previous emails). Still unable to book an initial appointment as their online system doesn't work and resulted in more time wasted. Absolutely disgraceful!
Absolute joke of a service. I'm Italian and my partner is British and we had asked for an ETD for my daughter to go to Italy. Wasted my time and money after sending numerous amounts of copies of documents that were asked, calls, emails etc. originally told me it wasn't a problem to recieve this document as long as I sent them all the right stuff (which I did) and two days before I'm supposed to go Away they put the blame on us to cover themselves and tell us we were never entitled to one. No communication between the staff whatsoever. Just rude rude rude.
I went there to ask for the ETD and they said that the father of my baby should fill the form , sign it and add a copy of his document. After doing that they said that the signature need to be officially verified and I already bought my ticket for tomorrow. These people are confused and they dont give right information at all it is so disappointing!!
Lost my Passport and needed an ETD. Went in at 9:30am, left a mere half hour later with everything I needed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the whole thing only cost 1.40!A well deserved 10/10
