Very poor service with extremely arrogant and rude staff on the phone. Very reluctant to offer advise or help when you are at a crossroads in applying for the visa, especially as a student. Shame that I have to go through them as a necessity to go on a holiday to Spain. They are a very poor and pathetic representation of Spain.
Girlfriend calls to change her appointment after they inform her on a Friday morning that it has been moved to the coming Monday. Which is already quite annoying. We call twice, and phone operative Marcos raises his voice rapidly and aggressively, bringing her to the point of tears! I was sitting beside her, and I can honestly say there was no provocation on her part. In asking to lower his tone and if he can help, he shuts the phone in her face two times in a row. Infuriating and plain rude. How can visa reception get away with this kind of behaviour so often ? (reading from previous comments). Big thumbs down.
A shame we cant avoid this place, extremely arrogant staff. I lost the email confirmation for my appointment, I tried to login into their online booking but their system did not recognise my email (when I only have 1 email) after ringing for 2hours someone called Mario answerd me, absolutely rude giving me suggestions like well you should know when you made your appointment. Every time I had to sort out something in this place it has been like a mission impossible and a very unpleasant .
