we are in 2019 in most eu countries you can applied for passport online ,but not here you need spend days to try get appointment to apply for your passport Is a joke but the leader of this country told poland will be like other eu countries in 10-15 years because they will not manage eralyer .
No one was picking up the phone for three days. Once we have finally reached them out, the staff was extremaly rude and unhelpful. I feel sorry for Scottish people having to deal with that oblivious staff. That's a disgrace.

I was really surprised how helpful and kind Ms Nowacka was. First of all she told me, that my passport photo wont be accepted and she pointed out, where I can get a better one (10 minutes away). She took in my application and when I got back with new photos, she simply replaced them. Secondly, she had no problem with that I didnt have an extra pre-paid envelope, and advised me to simply send it by post. Her helpful and understanding approach saved me a lot of money and time on traveling to Edinburgh, and I wasnt expecting it from Polish official. Usually those people are rude, mean and make your life a hell whenever they can
